Minimum Order
Minimum opening order is $100.00. Minimum re-order is $100.00. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for any SKU is 3 excluding Displays and Bundles which have an MOQ of 1.
Free Freight
FREE Freight on orders of $350.00 or more. FREE Freight offer is subject to change without notice.
Delinquent accounts are not eligible for FREE Freight.
Pricing
All prices are subject to change without notice. Farmers Defense sells retailers at a Drop Ship (DS) Price, enforces MAP (Minimum Advertised Price), and suggests a Manufacturer Suggested List Price (MSRP) for every SKU. MAP pricing is 2 times the published DS Price sold to retailers. MAP Prices are used to ensure all wholesale customers may be able to recoup the costs of marketing, merchandising, personal selling, and stocking of Farmer Defense products in the price that retailers charge. Violators of MAP will be notified by mail, by email, or phone and asked to cease and desist selling below MAP, unless were authorized to sell below MAP by Farmer Defense. If MAP violations persist, Farmers Defense will take enforcement actions including account termination.

Co-op Members and Distributors
Farmers Defense is in the process of becoming a preferred vendor with major hardware Co-ops and distributors, garden center distributors, and Mid-States. Please call Customer Service to determine which Co-ops and Distributors are active.
Shipping
Most orders are shipped within 5 business days of receiving an order. All shipments are from Watonsville, CA primarily via UPS and FEDEX Ground.
Back Orders
Farmers Defense ships Back Orders of $50.00 or more FREE freight. If under $50.00, the Back Order
is cancelled with notification to the account.

E-Commerce Policy
Farmers Defense does not allow customers to sell on Third Party websites such as Amazon, Wayfair, or other third-party marketplace sites. Farmers Defense encourages accounts to sell on self-hosted websites.
